Grande Pavilion provides a wide range of nursing and rehabilitation services in a warm and comfortable environment. Our residents enjoy excellent, chef prepared, home cooked meals, plenty of TLC and a wide variety of activities - including many family and community centered events.

Our specialities include Cobblestone, a secure memory care unit, as well as private rehabilitation suites - complete with flat screen tvs.
