Question: How much furniture should be moved?
Answer: We encourage the resident and their family to make it their home. As long as there is not a safety issue, we encourage bringing items from home.

Question: How many showers per week?
Answer: This is based on the resident’s choice, doctor’s order, and the resident’s past history.

Question: Is there a choice for meals? Snacks? How many?
Answer: All of our buildings offer different types of meal plans. We provide fine dining, á la carte’ dining, and alternate meals at meal times. Snacks are provided throughout the day and night as needed.

Question: Is there a dining room? Do the residents eat in their rooms?
Answer: Each building has beautiful, spacious dining rooms, and we encourage all residents to attend the dining to socialize and meet friends. Residents have a choice of eating in their rooms if they desire.

Question: Is there an entertainment center?
Answer: Each building has a full recreation schedule that provides recreation, social, and educational opportunities to each resident.

Question: Can residents utilizing Medicaid participate in activities?
Answer: Yes, every resident is provided with activities regardless of their pay source.

Question: How do you go to the bank, drug store, or a doctor’s visit?
Answer: Each building coordinates transportation for each resident to attend any visits.

Question: How is laundry done?
Answer: All laundry is labeled, washed, dried, and delivered back to each resident on a daily basis. Family has a choice of washing their loved one's laundry as well.

Question: Is smoking allowed?
Answer: Our buildings have designated smoking areas for residents.
