Recovering After a Hospital Stay or Long Term Nursing Care
We offer a range of programs and services to meet the diversified demands of our residents' health
care needs. Our care plan team designs a rehabilitation program which allows each patient to recover
as quickly as
possible and return home or receive continuing care within the integrated campus.
